Rider Support Hub at Outside Lands
We got in the driver’s seat in 2019 to design and construct a pop-up kiosk at Outside Lands that served as a support hub and lounge for Uber users. The hub was accessible to riders inside the fest and had Uber staff on hand to provide assistance and a space to relax and recharge.
